It's mushroom season, so let's celebrate by making this delicious chanterelle toast on sourdough bread.
- 250g chanterelles
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 50g Soft-Ground Almond Flour
- Black pepper
- 2 TBS rapeseed or almond oil
- 0.5-1dl heavy whipping cream or plant-based alternative
Sauté the chanterelles and garlic in a dry pan until they have released some moisture. Add the almond flour just when the amount of moisture in the pan starts to decrease and mix. Add the oil and seasoning and fry until browning starts. Add a little bit of cream at a time until desired texture. Place the mixture on a toasted slice of your favourite sourdough bread and garnish with some fresh veggies. Enjoy!
