Sunshine Pie with Golden Berries

Crust/bottom layer:

4 dl Sunshine Roasted Sunflower Kernels

3 dl Persistently Perfect Pumpkin Seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp Organic Love Coconut Oil

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp agave syrup

Filling:

2 dl roasted coconut flakes

1/2 dl Kick-Ass Chia Seeds

3 dl Size Doesn't Matter Golden Berries

6 dl coconut cream

2 tbsp Organic Love Coconut Oil

5 Delicious Dates

1 bag of saffron

Directions:

Grease a baking pan with coconut oil and cover it with coconut flakes. Grind Persistently Perfect Pumpkin Seeds and Sunshine Roasted Sunflower Kernels in a blender and add the rest of the ingredients for the crust. Press the crust into the baking pan. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut flakes, Kick-Ass Chia Seeds and Delicious Dates. Add all other ingredients for the filling. Pour onto the base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Decorate with raspberries, Go Goji Berries and coconut flakes.
