Q: What currencies do you accept?
A: EUR (Euros) within England, Finland and Germany. SEK (Swedish Kronor) within Sweden.
Q: What’s so special about This is Nut’s nuts?
A: Our nuts are never fried and belong to a type of nuts called "primary sorted nuts". This means that they have such a high quality that they do not need frying to be whole (no crumbs or crushed) when reaching the customer. This makes us totally unique in the bulk market.
Q: I’m having trouble paying - are there any other payment options available?
A: We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or prepayment to the bank within England, Germany and Finland.

Q: I’m slightly allergic to peanuts. Can I still eat some of your products?
A: TLDR: We would strongly advise against it.
But this is actually a great question. “Peanut” is not a nut but is defined as a legume (like peas or lentils). Many seeds covered with shells are called nuts, even though they do not meet the strict botanical definition of the Nut. But the proteins in peanuts are similar in structure to those in tree nuts. For this reason, people who are allergic to peanuts also can be allergic to tree nuts, such as almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pistachios, pecans, and cashews.
Most of the people who have been diagnosed with peanut allergy will not react so sharply, but get milder symptoms such as stomach pain, itchy throat or swelling emotions. Those who experience severe symptoms, such as asthma or breathing problems should be prescribed medicine if they happen to come in contact with peanuts. Whatever reaction one should stay away from peanuts if you are allergic.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a full refund or exchange of purchased items within 14 days from delivery date. Returns may be subject a restocking charge, an return delivery will be at the customer’s cost. However, if the order is damaged in transit, or if you have any other comments or additional feedback about the products please contact info@thisisnuts.com within a week of your order, stating the order number as we will do our best to make you happy! We're always happy to recieve feedback.

A: We really place huge importance on privacy of information and therefore, we will never divulge your name, e-mail address, or anything about you to anyone.

A: Don't worry, we can help you out! On the Login Page, click on “Forgot my password”, you will receive an email. Follow the link in the email and then type your new password! It’s that simple.
Q: I really want to distribute This Is Nuts brand! I have a store, can I become a reseller?
A: If you have a company, then yes! Register as a reseller and you’ll be able to see the products, prices, special prices, campaigns etc. After you have registered as a reseller your account has to be approved by admin. Please contact info@thisisnuts.com for any additional enquiries.
Q: Can I buy in bulk for catering for a better price?
A: Yes, you can register as a reseller and if your company is approved you’ll be able to buy in bulk for a better price.
